Hi my name is Janell, and I'm a Millennial just like many of you visiting my site for the first time! In my short 26 years I've had the opportunity to have exposure to many different walks of life. In 2015 I made one of the biggest leaps of faith and made my way from New Jersey to Florida. My journey has been filled with many ups and downs, friends and foes and lessons upon lessons.

As the only girl and middle child in my family I knew I would have to not only work hard hard to achieve success in my life but I would have to work smart and use my time, energy and resources in ways that many others around me didn't know how to do. To get where few have gone I'd have to be willing to do things many wouldn't be willing to do.

One of the biggest disservices I've seen is that knowledge isn't always shared because we, as Millennials, have been bred to be in a constant state of competition. The truth is our biggest competitor is ourself. That's right, I said it. Your biggest competition is you.
